JEZ Guyanese Cuisine was founded by Maleka and named after her two sons. She was born and raised in Guyana, and grew up among many chefs in her family.

​Maleka's cooking skills are natural and she has been making sure to spoil her friends with Caribbean traditional dishes at all of her parties in the UK.

​We noticed a lack of representation of Caribbean dishes in the Cambridgeshire/ East Midlands area so we sought to change this by introducing our delicious range of food through our brand. We present our mouthwatering, authentic Caribbean food in a modern way, marinated and cooked with JEZ special seasoning.
