JEZ Guyanese Cuisine's founder, Maleka, drew inspiration from her two sons, Jeremiah and Zane, and named it after them. Growing up in a family of chefs, she was born and raised in Guyana.

Maleka's passion for cooking and rich culinary heritage are incorporated into every dish. Her talents include being a talented cook and a dedicated nurse and educator. Her journey is unique in that it blends a passion for nourishing the body, mind, and soul, and she ensures that every meal is crafted with care and authenticity.
